Federal Acquisition Regulation; Notice of Approved Information 
Collection Requests and Current Expiration Dates; Correction

AGENCIES: Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration 
(GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

ACTION: Notice of technical correction.

SUMMARY: The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense 
Acquisition Regulations Council are correcting the notice published in 
the Federal Register at 58 FR 49477, September 23, 1993, concerning the 
approval of information collection requests and current expiration 
dates, and republished in Federal Acquisition Circular 90-19 on January 
5, 1994. In the list of Standard and Optional Forms, the Standard Form 
(SF) 1412, entry 24, is amended by revising the edition date to read 
``10/83'', and SF 1412A, entry 25, is removed.
