    Termination of Segregation of Proposed Withdrawal; Washington
    
    AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.
    
    ACTION: Notice.

    SUMMARY: The temporary 2-year segregation of a proposed withdrawal of 
    9,730.82 acres of public lands for the U.S. Department of the Army, 
    Corps of Engineers expansion of the Yakima Firing Center terminates on 
    June 17, 1994. The lands are included in another existing proposed 
    withdrawal and will remain closed to surface entry and mining. The 
    lands have been and remain open to mineral leasing.
    
    EFFECTIVE DATE: June 18, 1994.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: A Notice of Proposed Withdrawal was 
    published in the Federal Register, 57 FR 27267, June 18, 1992, as 
    amended by 57 FR 61095, December 23, 1992, and by 58 FR 6413, January 
    28, 1993, which segregated the lands described therein for up to 2 
    years from settlement, sale, location, or entry under the general land 
    laws, including the mining laws, but not the mineral leasing laws, 
    subject to valid existing rights. The 2-year segregation expires June 
    17, 1994. The withdrawal application will continue to be processed 
    unless it is canceled or denied as to the following described lands:
