Preservation and Protection of and Access to the Presidential 
Historical Materials of the Nixon Administration, Extension of Comment 
Period on Proposed Amendment of Public Access Regulations

AGENCY: National Archives and Records Administration.

ACTION: Extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: On March 25, 1994 (59 FR at 14128) the National Archives and 
Records Administration published a proposed rule to amend regulations 
on procedures for preserving and protecting the Presidential historical 
materials of the Nixon administration and for providing public access 
to these materials. Comments were to be received by May 24, 1994. This 
comment period is hereby extended.

DATES: All comments must be received by close of business June 30, 
1994.

ADDRESSES: All comments must be submitted in writing to the Policy and 
Program Analysis Division (NAA), National Archives and Records 
Administration, The National Archives at College Park, 8601 Adelphi 
Road, College Park, MD 20740-6001.
