Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Report

May 20, 1999.
    Take notice that on May 17, 1999, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company 
(Koch) tendered for filing a report identifying the amount of the 
refunds received and the dates on which repayments were made as 
directed by FERC in Docket No. RP96-209-004.
    In accordance with Section 154.502 of the Commission's Regulations, 
copies of this filing have been served upon all parties on the official 
service list created by the Secretary in this proceeding and Koch's 
customers, state commissions and other interested parties. In addition, 
copies of the instant filing are available during regular business 
hours for public inspection in Koch's offices, in Houston, Texas.
    Any person desiring to protest this filing should file protest with 
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
