American Gas & Technology, Inc.; Order Granting Blanket 
Authorization to Import and Export Natural Gas, Including Liquefied 
Natural Gas, From and to Canada and Mexico

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting American Gas & Technology, 
Inc. authorization to import up to 20 Bcf and export up to 20 Bcf of 
natural gas, including liquefied natural gas, from and to Canada and 
Mexico. The term of the authorization is for a period of two years 
beginning on the date of the initial import or export, whichever occurs 
first.
    This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of 
Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue SW., Washington, DC 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday 
through Friday, except Federal holidays.
