Correction

    In notice document 97-12581 beginning on page 26510 in the issue of 
Wednesday, May 14, 1997, make the following correction:
    On page 26510, in the first column, the second line in the DATES 
section, ``[60 days after Federal Register publication date]'' should 
read ``July 14, 1997.''
