Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.

Incident Period: 04/28/2008 and continuing.

DATES:

Effective Date: 05/16/2008.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/08/2008.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/09/2009.
