CHANGE OF DATE, AND TIME:

Original Date and Time: May 29, 1996 at 11:00 a.m.
New Date and Time: June 4, 1996 at 10:00 a.m.

    Notice is given that a Commission meeting was scheduled at 11:00 
a.m., on May 29, 1996 and in conformity with 19 CFR Sec. 201.37(a), the 
Commission has voted to change the date and time for the meeting to 
June 4, 1996 at 10:00 a.m.
    Commissioners Watson, Nuzum, Rohr, Newquist, Crawford, and Bragg 
determined by circulation of an action jacket that Commission business 
requires the change in the date and time, and affirmed that no earlier 
notice of the change was possible, and directed the issuance of this 
notice at the earliest practicable time.
