Willamette Provincial Interagency Executive Committee (PIEC), 
Advisory Committee

AGENCY: Forest Service, USDA.

ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: The Willamette PIEC Advisory Committee will meet on Thursday, 
June 19; and on Friday, June 27, 1997. The meetings will be held at the 
Salem BLM Office; 1717 Fabry Rd SE; Salem, Oregon 97306; phone (503) 
375-5642. The meeting on Thursday, June 19 is scheduled to begin at 
9:00 a.m., and will conclude at approximately 4:00 p.m. The tentative 
agenda includes: (1) Report from the Little Sandy Watershed 
Subcommittee, (2) Public Forum, (3) Advisory Committee discussion on 
Little Sandy, and (4) Status of Province implementation monitoring for 
1997. The public forum is tentatively scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. 
Time allotted for individual presentations will be limited to 3-4 
minutes. Written comments are encouraged, particularly if the material 
cannot be presented within the time limits for the Public Forum. 
Written comments may also be submitted prior to the June 19th meeting 
by sending them to Designated Federal Official Neal Forrester at the 
address given below.
    The meeting on Friday, June 27, will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will 
conclude at approximately 12:00 Noon. The tentative agenda includes: 
(1) Advisory Committee recommendations on Little

Sandy Watershed, (2) Review of meeting schedule and agenda topics for 
the remainder of 1997, (3) Public Forum. The public forum will begin at 
approximately 11:00 a.m. Time allotted for individual presentations 
will be limited to 3-4 minutes. Written comments are encouraged and may 
be submitted prior to the meeting.
