AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 271A to Driggs, Idaho, as that
community's first local aural transmission service in response to a
petition filed by Vixon Valley Broadcasting. See 62 FR 5789, February
7, 1997. Coordinates used for Channel 271A at Driggs are 43-43-36 and
111-06-18. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective July 7, 1997. The window period for filing
applications for Channel 271A at Driggs, Idaho, will open on July 7,
1997, and close on August 7, 1997.
