Take notice that on May 19, 2003, PG&E Gas Transmission, Northwest Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets attached to Appendix A to the filing, with an effective date of May 8, 2003.

GTN states that the tariff sheets are being filed to comply with the Commission's May 7, 2003 Order on Technical Conference and Denying Request for Rehearing and Stay in this proceeding.

GTN further states that a copy of this filing has been served upon its customers and interested state regulatory commissions.
