    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

    Background

On November 1, 2018, Commerce published a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on WSPP from India.[1] On February 6, 2019, in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), Commerce published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the order covering the period January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017.[2] On March 8, 2019, Commerce selected Hindustan Inox Limited (Hindustan Inox), and Sun Mark Stainless Pvt. Ltd. and its cross-owned affiliates, Sunrise Stainless Private Limited and Shah Foils Ltd. Hindustan Inox, Sun Mark, and the petitioners timely withdrew their requests for an administrative review, and no other party requested a review of these companies. Therefore, we are rescinding the administrative review of the CVD order on WSPP from India covering the period January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2017, in its entirety.
