    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: By a 4-0 vote on April 25, the Commission 
    determined pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec. 9.107(a) of the 
    Commission's rules that ``Briefing on Proposed Changes to NRC's Program 
    for Protecting Allegers Against Retaliation'' (Public Meeting) be held 
    on April 26, and on less than one week's notice to the public.
        By a 4-0 vote on April 25, the Commission determined pursuant to 
    U.S.C. 552b(e) and Sec. 9.107 of the Commission's rules that ``Report 
    on International Nuclear Safety Meeting'' (Closed--Ex. 1) be held on 
    April 26, and on less than one week's notice to the public.
    
        Note: Affirmation sessions are initially scheduled and announced 
    to the public on a time-reserved basis. Supplementary notice is 
    provided in accordance with the Sunshine Act as specific items are 
    identified and added to the meeting agenda. If there is no specific 
    subject listed for affirmation, this means that no item has as yet 
    been identified as requiring any Commission vote on this date.
