Grand Canyon National Park; Colorado River Running Services

SUMMARY: The National Park Service is now ready to issue a concession 
prospectus to operate river running services for park visitors on the 
Colorado River within Grand Canyon National Park. Existing contracts 
are expiring. Sixteen separate contracts are to be awarded.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: It is expected that within thirty (30) days 
the National Park Service will issue a Prospectus describing the terms 
and conditions that will apply to applicants for the above contracts. 
Parties interested in making such applications should contact Ms. 
Teresa Jackson, Division of the Concession Program Management, Western 
Regional Office, [phone] (fax telephone number [phone]) 
to place themselves on the mailing list for the Prospectus.
