    The above-numbered Declaration is hereby amended, effective May 17, 
1995, to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 
on May 8, 1995 and continuing through May 16, 1995.
    All other information remains the same i.e., the termination date 
for filing applications for physical damage is July 10, 1995, and for 
loans for economic injury the deadline is February 12, 1996.
