STATUS: The meeting will be open to the public up to the seating 
capacity of the room.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Board of Directors of the Corporation for 
National and Community Service will meet on June 16, 1995, to review 
reports from Committees of the Board of Directors on Corporation 
activities, review the report from the Chief Executive Officer, and to 
review the status of various Corporation initiatives. There will be a 
period devoted to public comment at the end of the meeting.
