Recordkeeping and Reporting Under Title VII and the ADA
AGENCY: Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
ACTION: Extension of Expiration Date of Currently Approved Collection
Without Any Change Under the Paperwork Reduction Act.

SUMMARY: As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission is submitting to the Office of
Management and Budget a request that it approve the extension of the
expiration date of its collection requirements under its Recordkeeping
and Reporting Regulations at 29 CFR part 1602. No change is being made
to the existing regulations. Organizations or individuals desiring to
submit comments for consideration by OMB on these information
collection requirements should address them to the Office of
Information and Regulatory Affairs, OMB Room 3002, New Executive Office
Building, Washington, DC 20503; Attention: Joseph Lackey.
