Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company; Conference To Discuss 
Settlement

May 24, 1994.
    Pursuant to the Commission's order issued on March 31, 1994, a 
settlement conference will be held to explore the possibility of 
settlement of the issues raised in the above-captioned proceeding. All 
parties should come prepared to discuss settlement, and the parties 
should be represented by principals who have the authority to commit to 
a settlement.
    The settlement conference will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 1994, 
at 10 a.m., in a room to be designated at the offices of the Federal 
Energy Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426.
    All parties and staff are permitted to attend.
