The Department of Agriculture has submitted the following information collection requirement(s) to OMB for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13. Rural Housing Service

Title: 7 CFR 1951-A, “Account Servicing Policies.”

OMB Control Number: 0575-0075.

Summary of Collection: The Rural Housing Service (RHS) provides supervised credit in the form of Single Family Housing, Multi-Family Housing, and Community Facility loans and grants. Regulation at 7 CFR part 1951, subpart A sets forth the policies and procedures, including the collection and use of information, regarding the application of payments on loans made under the programs administered by the agencies and the return of paid-in-full and satisfied promissory notes.

Need and Use of the Information: The Agency borrowers submit the information to the local Agency office servicing the county in which their operation is located. The agency-servicing officials reviews and verifies the information. The information is collected when needed and on an individual case basis.
