Incident: Extreme Wildfire Threat.

Incident Period: 11/27/2005 through 5/14/2006.

Effective Date: 5/17/2006.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 5/30/2006.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/11/2006.
