Take notice that on May 18, 2007, Tuscarora Gas Transmission Company (Tuscarora) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to become effective June 18, 2007:

Tuscarora states that these sheets are being submitted to update contact information throughout the Tariff consistent with a recent change in ownership of the pipeline.

Tuscarora further states that a copy of this filing has been served on Tuscarora's jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies.

Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
