SUMMARY:

The inventions listed below are assigned to the United States Government as represented by the Secretary of the Army. The US Army Edgewood Chemical Biological Center and the US Army Research Laboratory intend to license these inventions exclusively to ANP Technologies, Inc., a Delaware Corporation with principal offices at 824 Interchange Boulevard, Newark, DE 19711. The inventions to be licensed are U.S. Patent No. 6,716,450, issued on April 6, 2004. “Enhancing Protein Activity through Nanoencapsulation,” and US Patent No. 6.773,928, issued on August 10, 2004. “Compositions and methods for enhancing bioassay performance.”
