    AGENCY: Forest Service, USDA; Bureau of Land Management, Interior.
    
    ACTION: Notice; extension of public comment period.

    SUMMARY: The Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) 
    announce the extension of public comment on an environmental assessment 
    and proposed finding of no significant impact on a proposal to 
    establish interim management direction for anadromous fish habitat 
    protection and restoration on all or part of 15 National Forests and 
    seven BLM Districts. The affected areas are in the states of Oregon, 
    Washington, Idaho, and California. The notice of availability, 
    published March 25, 1994, established May 9, 1994, as the end of the 
    public comment period. This notice extends that published date for two 
    additional weeks.
    
    DATES: Comments must be received in writing, postmarked by May 23, 
    1994.
