Central Illinois Public Service Company; Notice of Filing

April 28, 1995.
    Take notice that on April 14, 1995, Central Illinois Public Service 
Company (CIPS) submitted a Service Agreement, dated March 22, 1995, 
establishing Citizens Lehman Power as a customer under the terms of 
CIPS' Coordination Sales Tariff CST-1 (``CST-1 Tariff'').
    CIPS requests an effective date of March 22, 1995, and accordingly, 
seeks waiver of the Commission's notice requirements. Copies of this 
filing were served upon Citizens Lehman Power and the Illinois Commerce 
Commission.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 18 CFR 385.214). All such 
motions or protests should be filed on or before May 12, 1995. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion 
to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
