AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Notice of issuance.

SUMMARY: The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued Generic 
Letter 95-04 which informs licensees of nuclear power reactors about 
the final disposition of the 27 lessons-learned issues found in the 
Systematic Evaluation Program (SEP). This generic letter is available 
in the Public Document Rooms under accession number 9504210293.

DATES: The generic letter was issued on April 28, 1995.
