Ocean Common Carrier and Marine Terminal Operator Agreements
Subject to the Shipping Act of 1984; Correction
AGENCY: Federal Maritime Commission.
ACTION: Final rule; correction.

SUMMARY: The Federal Maritime Commission published in the Federal
Register of March 8, 1999, a final rule amending its regulations
governing agreements among ocean common carriers and marine terminal
operators to reflect changes made to the Shipping Act of 1984 by the
Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 1998. Inadvertently, internal references
to part 572 were not revised to reflect the redesignation of that part
as part 535. In addition, amendment to a section heading was overlooked
in the instructions.
DATES: Effective on May 4, 1999.

that part as part 535. In addition, amendment to the section heading
for Sec. 535.301 was overlooked in the instructions.
In Docket No. 98-26, published on March 8, 1999, (64 FR 11236) make
the following corrections:
26. In redesignated part 535 and the appendices to the part, revise
all references to sections in part 572 to reflect redesignation as part
535.
1. On page 11242, in the first column, correct the section heading
of Sec. 535.301 to read: ``Sec. 535.301 Exemption procedures.''
2. On page 11244, in the third column after Sec. 535.803, add
amendatory instructions 25 and 26 to read as follows:
25. In Appendices A & B to redesignated part 535, revise the
references in the first column to read as shown in the second column
wherever they occur:
