SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of California (FEMA-1689-DR), dated March 13, 2007, and related determinations.

Effective Date: April 20, 2007.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of California is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of March 13, 2007:

Kings, Madera, and Merced Counties for Disaster Unemployment Assistance and Food Commodities.

Stanislaus County for Disaster Unemployment Assistance.

All counties within the State of California are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
