Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes and Hail.

DATES:

Effective April 26, 2012.

Incident Period: April 13, 2012 through April 15, 2012.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: June 25, 2012.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: January 28, 2013.
