AGENCY: Federal Trade Commission.

ACTION: Final order.

SUMMARY: This final order dismisses a lawsuit challenging the 
acquisition of Ukiah General Hospital by Adventist Health System/West 
in Ukiah, California. According to the Commission decision, the 
evidence did not support the relevant geographic markets alleged in the 
complaint, which were limited to specific areas of California.

DATES: Complaint issued November 7, 1989. Final order issued April 1,
