    Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the National 
Advisory Research Resources Council, May 20, 1999, 8:30 a.m. to May 21, 
1999, 11 a.m., National Institutes of Health, 9000 Rockville Pike, 
Conference Room 6, Building 31C, Bethesda, MD 20892 which was published 
in the Federal Register on March 24, 1999, 99-7202.
    An additional open session of the meeting will be held on May 21, 
1999, beginning at 9:30 a.m. and lasting until the meeting is 
adjourned. The meeting is partially closed to the public.
