In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 USC

Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance on January 21, 1999, applicable
to workers of Union Pacific Fuels, Incorporated, a subsidiary of Union
Pacific Resources Company, and Union Pacific Resources Company, a

to all workers of the subject firm adversely affected by increased

include workers of the subject firm at the Kansas and New Mexico
locations.
