Oil Country Tubular Goods from Mexico; Antidumping Duty 
Administrative Review; Extension of Time Limit

AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of extension of time limit for preliminary determination 
in antidumping duty administrative review of oil country tubular goods 
from Mexico.

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the 
time limit for the preliminary results of the administrative review of 
the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods from Mexico. 
This review covers the period August 1, 1997 through July 31, 1998.

EFFECTIVE DATE: May 6, 1999.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Because it is not practicable to complete 
this review within the time limits mandated by the Tariff Act of 1930, 
as amended, the Department is extending the time limit for completion 
of the preliminary results until August 31, 1999, in accordance with 
section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the 
Uruguay Round Agreements Act of 1994 (19 U.S.C. Sec. 1675 (a)(3)(A)).
