Currently Approved Information Collections; 3038-0021 and 3038-0023

AGENCY: Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, (Pub. 
L. 104-13) this notice announces that the Commodity Futures Trading 
Commission intends to submit to the Office of Management and Budget 
requests for the extension of two currently approved information 
collections which expire on June 30, 1996. These collections are:

3038-0021--Regulations Governing Bankruptcies of Commodity Brokers
3038-0023--Regulations and Forms Relating to Registration with the 
Commission
