SUMMARY: This document allots Channel 231C1 to Hydesville, California.
This document also dismisses a proposal by Brett E. Miller to reallot
Channel 279C1 from Garberville, California, to Hydesville, California.
See 59 FR 35081, July 8, 1996. The reference coordinates for Channel
231C1 are 40-27-58 and 124-04-28. With this action, the proceeding is
terminated.
DATES: Effective June 14, 1996. The window period for filing
applications will open on June 14, 1996, and close on July 15, 1996.
