AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Darby Radio, allots Channel
267A to Grenada, Mississippi, as an additional FM service. See 61 FR
31085, June 19, 1996. Channel 267A can be allotted to Grenada in
compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation
requirements with a site restriction of 9.2 kilometers (5.7 miles) west
to avoid a short-spacing conflict with the licensed site of Station
WJDQ(FM), Channel 267C1, Meridian, Mississippi. The coordinates for
Channel 267A at Grenada are 33-47-48 NL and 89-54-29 WL. With this
action, this proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective June 16, 1997. The window period for filing
applications will open on June 16, 1997, and close on July 17, 1997.
