Correction

    In rule document 97-11316, beginning on page 23958, in the issue of 
Friday, May 2, 1997, make the following correction:
    On page 23992, Figure 16 (End-to-End Fiber Optic Attenuation 
Measurement Showing Measurement in One Direction Only) should be 
removed, and the following equation inserted:
