Correction

    In notice document 97-10326 beginning on page 19631 in the issue of 
Tuesday, April 22, 1997, make the following correction:
    On page 19632, in the second column, in the Effective date section, 
``June 23, 1997'' should read ``60 days after issuance of amendment.''
