    AGENCY: Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
    
    ACTION: Notice of information collection.

    SUMMARY: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has submitted 
    information collection 3038-0007, Regulation of Domestic Exchange-
    Traded Options to OMB for review and clearance under the Paperwork 
    Reduction Act of 1980, Pub. L. 96-511. The information collection 
    pursuant to this rule is in the public interest and is necessary for 
    market surveillance.
