AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of availability of an amendment to a fishery management 
plan; correction.

SUMMARY: NMFS published a document in the Federal Register on April 23, 
1997, announcing the availability of Amendment 8 to the Fishery 
Management Plan for the Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources of the Gulf 
of Mexico and South Atlantic. The document contained an incorrect I.D. 
number.
