Correction

    In proposed rule document 97-11582 beginning on page 24375 in the 
issue of Monday, May 5, 1997 make the following corrections:
    1. On page 24375, third column, in the ADDRESSES section 
``Washington D.C. 20249-0001'' should read ``Washington D.C. 20239-
0001.''
    2. On page 24375, third column, in the FOR FURTHER INFORMATION 
CONTACT section ``Ken Papj'' should read ``Ken Papaj''.
    3. On page 24376, third column, 14th line, ``consistent'' should 
read ``inconsistent''.
