Electranic Data Systems Corp.; Intent To Grant Partially 
Exclusive Patent License

AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DoD.

ACTION: Intent to grant partially exclusive patent license; Electronic 
Data Systems Corporation.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent 
to grant Electronic Data Systems Corporation a revocable, 
nonassignable, partially exclusive license in the United States to 
practice the Government-owned invention described in U.S. Patent 
Application Serial No. 07/473,258 entitled ``Selective Polygon Map 
Display Method'' filed January 31, 1990.
    Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license has 60 days 
from the date of this notice to file written objections along with 
supporting evidence, if any. Written objections are to be filed with 
the Office of Naval Research (ONR 00CC3), Ballston Tower One, 
Arlington, Virginia 22217-5660.
