AGENCY: Minority Business Development Agency; Commerce.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) is canceling the 
announcement to solicit competitive applications under its Minority 
Business Development Center program to operate the State of Connecticut 
MBDC for a three (3) year period, starting June 1, 1994 to May 31, 1955 
in the State of Connecticut SMSA (Closing date March 7, 1994). Refer to 
the Federal Register, dated Thursday February 3, 1994, Volume 59, No. 
23, Page 5178.
