CHANGE IN THE MEETING: Cancellation/Change of Time.

    The open meeting scheduled for Monday, May 9, 1994, at 10 a.m. 
has been cancelled. The time for the closed meeting, scheduled for 
Monday, May 9, 1994 following the open meeting, has been changed to 
10 a.m.

    Commissioner Roberts, as duty officer, determined that Commission 
business required the above change and that no earlier notice thereof 
was possible.
    At times, changes in Commission priorities require alterations in 
the scheduling of meeting items. For future information and to
