Great Lakes Gas Transmission Limited Partnership; Notice of 
Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

May 3, 1995.
    Take notice that on May 1, 1995, Great Lakes Gas Transmission 
Limited Partnership (Great Lakes), tendered for filing to become part 
of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following 
revised tariff sheets, proposed to become effective May 1, 1995:

First Revised Sheet No. 40
First Revised Sheet No. 41

    Great Lakes states that the above-described tariff sheets are being 
filed to reflect changes to short-term capacity releases on Great 
Lakes' system, as provided by the Commission in Order No. 577, 70 FERC 
 61,359 (1995).
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a Motion to Intervene or Protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 
20426, in accordance with Rules 214 or 211 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.214 or 385.211). All such motions or 
protests should be filed on or before May 10, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection in the Commission's Public 
Reference Room.
