and Mergers of Bank Holding Companies; Correction

    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 96-8893) published on 
page15946 of the issue for April 10, 1996.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland heading, the entry for 
Croghan Bancshares, Inc., Fremont, Ohio, is revised to read as follows:
    1. Croghan Bancshares, Inc., Fremont, Ohio; to acquire 100 percent 
of the voting shares of Union Bancshares Corp., Bellevue, Ohio, and 
thereby indirectly acquire Union Bank and Savings Company, Bellevue, 
Ohio.
