Notice to delete a System of Records.
SUMMARY:
The Department of the Air Force is deleting a system of records notice in its existing inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended.
DATES:
This proposed action will be effective on June 10, 2013 unless comments are received which result in a contrary determination. Comments will be accepted on or before June 10, 2013.

The Department of the Air Force systems of records notices subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended, have been published in the Federal Register and are available from the address in FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT. The Department of the Air Force proposes to delete one system of records notice from its inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended. The proposed deletion is not within the purview of subsection (r) of the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended, which requires the submission of a new or altered system report.

Reason:
This is a duplicate system of records; active records are covered under SORN F036 AFPC K, Enlisted Promotion Testing Record (March 21, 2013, 78 FR 17386). Therefore, SORN F036 AFPC N, Air Force Personnel Test 851, Test Answer Sheets, can be deleted.
