AGENCY: Agency for Health Care Policy and Research, HHS.

ACTION: Correction notice.

SUMMARY: The date for submission of nominations of members for the 
clinical practice guideline panel on osteoporosis in the May 18, 1994 
issue (59 FR 25945-25946), should be changed to July 15. The date which 
appeared on page 25946 in the second complete paragraph of the second 
column was erroneously stated as June 15.
