Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; 
Demilitarization

AGENCY: Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: Proposed rule; reinstatement and extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: The Defense Acquisition Regulations (DAR) Council published a 
proposed rule on March 16, 1994, (59 FR 12223). The rule proposed 
amendment of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to 
address control of Munitions List items and Strategic List items and 
demilitarization of excess property. The original date for receipt of 
comments was May 16, 1994. This document reinstates and extends the 
comment period.

DATES: Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted in writing to 
the address shown below on or before June 30, 1994, to be considered in 
the formulation of the final rule.
