Corrective Actions

AGENCY: Federal Trade Commission.

ACTION: Modifying Order.

SUMMARY: This order grants a petition to reopen the proceeding and to 
modify the Commission's 1989 consent order by modifying the description 
of the assets identified in paragraph I(j) and Schedule B of the order 
as the Arkla Pipeline Assets. The Commission concluded that changed 
conditions warranted reopening and modifying the order.

DATES: Consent Order issued October 10, 1989. Modifying Order issued 
March 28, 1994.\1\
