section 5(d)(2) of the Home Owners' Loan Act, the Office of Thrift 
Supervision has duly appointed the Resolution Trust Corporation as sole 
Receiver for American Savings and Loan Association, New York, New York, 
OTS No. 4080, on May 5, 1995.
